Returns and Exchanges
we want every purchase to be perfect. If you have a change of mind, the product doesn't meet your expectations, or the product arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer you free returns for 14 days from receipt of the product to return the item(s) and receive a refund.
To lodge a refund request, please contact our Customer Service team here or at customer@nonanalu.com within 14 days of receiving the product with your name and order number, to arrange next steps. If you don't provide notice within this 14-day period, the goods will be treated as having been accepted by you. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Products returned for change of mind reasons must be in 'as-new' condition and packaged securely in the original packaging, in order to quality for a refund.
Where the return is a result of an error on our part or due to a product fault, our Customer Service team will manage the return of the goods.
