Full Priced Items
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for any reason provided the item is in its original condition unworn unaltered unwashed and with all tags attached You may choose a refund store credit or exchange This policy applies to items purchased with discount codes as well

Sale Items
Most sale items are eligible for refunds or store credit within 60 days of purchase
Final sale items marked with discounts such as 60% off are not eligible for returns under any circumstances
Return Fee
A 15 AUD return fee applies to all refund requests Our system automatically generates return labels for Australian orders only
Important Notes
Our online portal does not process direct exchanges Instead we immediately issue store credit so you can place a new order The 15 AUD fee is waived for store credit returns
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method
